Children at Risk in Ireland is a registered charity founded in **Apply

professional, child centred therapy services to children, families and
groups who have been affected by child sexual abuse. CARI?s therapy
services provide therapy to children **Apply on the website** and
under who have been affected by sexual abuse and children aged **Apply

behaviour.
PART-TIME PSYCHOTHERAPIST ROLE:
This sessional role involves the provision of psychotherapy to
children and adolescents affected by child sexual abuse. The role also
includes therapeutic interventions with parents or carers of the young
person. Previous experience of working therapeutically with children
is vital, as is an ability to work within a team environment. The
successful candidate will work as part of a team, reporting directly
to the Therapy Team Leader, to ensure quality in service delivery and
consistency in approach. Individual and group supervision will be
provided.
Remuneration will be commensurate with experience and will be
discussed with candidates who are selected for interview.
THE IDEAL CANDIDATE WILL HAVE:
* Experience of providing psychotherapy to children, adults, and
families.
* Primary or higher degree in related discipline.
* Recognized psychotherapy qualification.
* Knowledge of Children First Guidance.
* Ability to work as part of a dynamic multidisciplinary team.
* Psychotherapy Accreditation.
